Job Search Workflow

In trying to make the job search more efficient, I developed an initial agent to search Google's job listings. Later, I expanded that to search 30 target employers and some job boards specializing in Nonprofits, Foundations, and Social Impact roles. For sites like LinkedIn where web scraping violates the terms of service, the agent sorts through e-mailed search results. All jobs meeting the search criteria are reviewed by an agent. Matches of 80% or more are linked in an e-mail sent for my review each morning.
