Renee L. Tillery
OPERATIONS LEADER & AI BUILDER
I spot what shouldn't happen and build the systems to prevent it. Lately, those systems involve AI.

About

A Little About Me
I
My early career was in communications at a nonprofit promoting feed grains exports. From there, I moved into managing knowledge and marketing content for a professional services firm. Over the next decade, I was promoted into roles in proposal development, employee relations, and project management.

I like solving complex problems

AI is one tool I've been deliberate about learning to use well. People-centered, ethical AI governance and streamlined, functioning processes are key for successful AI implementation.

I

Diagnose the real problem

What people complain about and what is broken are not always the same thing. I talk to people and work through the process until I find the source of the problem.

II

Fix the process first

A broken process doesn’t get better because you bought a system to run it on. I make sure the process works before we begin.

III

Build for human behavior

You have to know how people work to build a system they will actually use.

IV

Make it easy

Solutions should be tailored to the audience using them and come with guidance that directly answers the most pressing questions.
